Social computing ..Social enterprise call it whatever you name it.. Corporates need to take cautious approach rather than buy into the hype..open access to information is as dangerous as not having access

Very thought provoking. Why does social media connectivity tend to come from third-parties and not directly from salesforce, facebook, linkedin, et. al.?
